Prime Companies
Background and problem — Prime Companies had a mission and brand that no longer properly represented the company as a whole and where they stood in today’s market. They needed a brand refresh and to update their values to remain relevant in the local market and for their tenants and investors.
Role — Responsible for redefining the company’s vision for design, brand strategy, and design operations. Conducted extensive local competitive analysis, resulting in a comprehensive rebranding initiative. Collaborated with third-party developers to launch a new website from inception to completion.
In addition to the larger company rebrand, I also designed and redesigned a few of Prime’s property logos (Tall Oaks).
